Victoria Building LLC is a family-owned construction company based in Litchfield County, Connecticut. We specialize in luxury new homes, additions, and complete remodels. Rafal Galazyn, the company president, was born and raised in Poland, where his passion for construction and design began early. Coming from a family deeply rooted in the building industry, Rafal was inspired by his father, a well-respected engineer and architect from Poland. This hands-on exposure allowed him to learn the trade from the inside out, developing a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of what makes each project truly exceptional.
